I got through every time my dad was over there by reminding myself stupid statistics. i.e. more people die in car crashes etc. It sometimes helps to shake off the worry momentarily. Or at least shake it loose for a moment.

my younger brother is over in Iraq too. i have an older brother, a younger brother, and i'm the middle. my younger bro is the only one with any kids out of the 3 of us. so i'm just hoping that little Haily Dahon Swiere has her daddy safely back in America soon!

My brother is the only one of my four siblings that has kids too. Two boys.
