it's a rainy day here in maine...nice temp. though. i am working...a lot today. a double shift. we need the money because of course, the man is still not working. he's been doing light labor for a landlord we know, but that isn't gonna last for much longer. i just can't be his mother this time. he has to prove to me that he wants a job by ( Read more... )

it's raining here, too. the wind was really howling last night! paige woke up and was complaining the wind was too loud, acting all dramatic like she'd NEVER get back to sleep & barely before she even finished the sentence, she was softly snoring again! i wish i could sleep like that!

Hey. You don't know me-- I found your livejournal randomly. After reading a bunch of your posts, I wanted to say that you seem intelligent and witty and strong. It sucks that you went through so much shit with your parents, that you were raped, that your boyfriend let you do all the work while staying unemployed, but you've gotten through it all. Good luck with the discovery channel weight-loss program. :)

You're welcome. :) I would have said more, but I didn't want to seem like a weirdo.. But I could have said more, because... you can tell a lot about people from how they write, their observations, their reactions. I was so impressed by you.

Oh yeah, and I noticed that you started that cereal bar in Biddeford. It's so funny - I found your journal randomly, but I'm from Saco, and I remember it.

I hope everything is going well.

(also, I wished you luck on the DC store diet mostly because I like the store, and I'm sure they have nice health tips.. you are absolutely beautiful as you are)
