I signed a lease today on the apartment I looked at earlier in the week in Highland Park. Issues about the age of the house were cleared up and about the people situation. It turns out that the woman who said something about moving in is my roommate's girlfriend, so they'll be in one room, I'll be in another, and there will still be the guest room

I'm soooo excited. Your place sounds awesome (both now and when we were talking about it earlier), and if I come to Rutgers, we will spend lots of time together.

Correct me if I'm wrong though -- was the original roommate female? So it's going to be you and a lesbian couple? This sounds like you could be writing for The L Word by the ime your first year is over...hee! The whole arrangement, especially with the guest room, sounds really great.
