Why is it that all the things im trying to escape from back home follow me here. I hate this shit i just want to let go of this stuff and never have to look back at it. I don't want the same friends with different mask i want a new life, i want new friends and i want a new start. I'm sick of having to deal with the same shit different day. I

Cheer up Kid. I know how you feel about things never going away, but in time things get better. Don't force the issues though. You're an awesome kid and I'm sure you'll find a great girlfriend, just be patient. I know it's easier to say than to actually be patient but in time things will fall into place. Don't be upset about everything not going the way that you see is perfect. Maybe it's just not the right time. Just remember to keep your chin up no matter how difficult it gets. If you have trouble doing that I know you have some awesome friends on campus that can talk to you -- who aren't like your friends at home I'm assuming -- and if you want a change in your life then you are the one who can make it happen. Don't be so down though bud -- it's college. Enjoy it as much as you can!
