I'd really like to see the cafeteria at my workplace offering hot vegetarian meals daily. There is a big salad bar, but most days I'm really in the mood for a hot meal. Sometimes even the soup selections all contain meat. They serve two hot meals and two soups (in addition to the salad/wrap bar) which change on a daily basis, so I don't suppose
