i went on my first bike ride in a while last sunday...biked from my parents' place in layhill to the bike shop a little past my apt. just about 5 miles or so. i only ever really biked in boston (and i biked everywhere), so its pretty cool to bike around silver spring/dc. biking makes it feel like a totally new city. i forgot how biking totally
