[moving on because geez embarrassing] Still, it's not as if all magic is bad! My people depend on it, and there are legends of it being used to give fair winds to sailors or to protect people from harm. The Goddesses, too, have very powerful magic... but you probably haven't heard of them either, so I don't know if that has much meaning to you.

Still, I'd be happy to tell you what I know! Let's see... Din, Nayru, and Farore are the three goddesses who created the world. Din of Power used her mighty arms, each with the strength of a thousand suns, to bring forth the islands from the twisting seas. Farore of Courage then breathed life into them, creating flora and fauna. And Nayru of Wisdom, at last, granted the ancient people the reasoning and foresight needed for civilizations.
