I tried Kæst Skata at lunch. From what I gather that's stingray, a cartilaginous fish made edible by letting it rot until the uric acid breaks down into ammonia and softens the cartilage ( Read more... )

I am still disappointed I haven't tried hákarl which I'm guessing is very similar.
