Walking is the best thing you can do for yourself. Especially on a nice spring morning. It's so calming. So soothing. I just wondered for an hour around my complex and I even jogged (Dale is going to be proud of me). I'm not an athletic person. I hate gyms. I haven't been myself for a while now and suddenly today I woke up myself. I sat on my bed watching two squirrels play around and I felt sort of at peace. I haven't had this feeling since grade 9 when I woke up at 3 in the morning one night and went to watch t.v and this story about two dogs was on. It wasn't as light hearted as it sounds.
