After finding myself to be on and off sick for the past two weeks and a possibly late period (it has been off since March going from 28days to 36, so it was a little difficult to tell whether I was actually late or just waiting,) we finally tested. Hello!

Really? I did not know that at all. While I've more than enough experience with babies after they come out (I come from a really large family) but I've next to none really with pregnant women or being pregnant. My sister is the only person I know whose had children (somewhat recently) but she chose to not tell any of us until she was near eight months, so I missed out on knowing some things.

It'll be nice once I can properly tell family and actually see how things went for them.

Vinegar helps your body asborb/block sugar intake by making your body think the sugar is protein.
It's pretty neat! Another thing that does this is plain old grape juice.

Re: the vitamins
Yes, the kids one should be fine. Since they are TABLETS though, I reccommend smashing them up into powder before you take them. Tablets have a lot of binders and stuff in them that keep them in tablet-shape. If you smash them, your body doesn't have to take the time to break down the binders and you'll actually get more of the vitamins. Did that make sense?
