Falling Apart

Over the course of this year Ive just slowly wasted away an sink back into my black hole of nothingness. I have no desire to do fucking anything what so ever like seriously. I have this doctor appointment coming up on the 11th an Im honestly not sure if Im going. I sleep seriously pretty much all day wake up for a few hours an back to bed for me.
