I've been so bad not posting. Lots of stuff's been going on, but it all feels so routine that I don't think it's worth posting. But I feel so left out reading everyone elses posts, and here I am with nothing for my friends to read. So here we go

Awesome, the RX-8 is such a sexy car, then there is the whole fact that it's a rotory engine. I've always been a huge fan of 2nd and 3rd Gen. RX-7s and the rotory engine. But I still love boxer engines as well, especially hooked up to a AWD drivetrain, SO easy to work on.

Yeah, I'm having lots of fun with the RX-8. Not only is she the first car I bought with my own money, but she's also my first manual tranny. I made sure I got lots of practice on the stick before buying it. However, I still had trouble driving it home from the dealer. I was so scared, I took local roads home instead of the freeway. I don't know how many times I stalled the engine. Mostly because I was hitting stoplights on an uphill. But I've gotten the hang of it since then. I could still use some work on my shifting. I'm getting better on not making the car jerk when I shift. I've also gotten pretty good with double clutch downshifting and I've almost got the heel and toe down

I'd like to modify the car later on. When I do, I'm planning to use only MazdaSpeed parts, except for maybe the supercharger that Blitz makes. But the supercharger is like $8000. I'm not too worried about making the car faster. It's fast enough for me as it is
