Last night I made a personal best in my driving time from San Diego to Rosamond using my 97 Toyota Corolla. What normally should take an average of 3 1/2 hours, I performed in 2 hours 50 min. I was really stoked. I'm pretty sure the main reason why my time was so low was because there was no traffic. I was able to maintain an average speed of 85 ( Read more... )

Looking outside, it has stopped raining, and the sky is a little brighter although still gray. Every Friday after work, I head down to San Diego for the weekend. I usually get out around 4:30pm, and if there's no traffic, I make it there in about 3 1/2 hours. No no, it wasn't coke or anything like that. I had to get a flu vaccine today. The wierd thing was that it wasn't administered by needle. It's shot up your nose with pressurized gas. This morning before I went to work, I decided to do the dishes. I stuffed them all in the dishwasher. I thought they were pretty dirty, so I added extra soap.
