I woke up around 5 this morning exercised, in-lined and then got home and made breakfast. I have no idea why I got up so early. :P I think I'm still on a reflex wake up thing. It's been like this for 8 out of 10 days already

I've heard that as you get older, you don't need as much sleep. That probably explains how I can get by with at least 5 hours of sleep, not that I don't mind sleeping 8 hours.
