CODER, URGENT please!!

Please, for heaven's sake, for everything you hold dear, help me.
My game is in final stages (MUX 2.4) and I need a coder desperately to do the pieces of code listed in the LJ-Cut below.

- +IC, +OOC, +AFK flags;
- +Census
- Chargen Rooms (we can work on it in a simple +next system);
- Handup / carry/ follow (that makes you carry people with you);
- Rent system for rooms,
- Rdesc for rooms;
- Walk to (places only, as it’s working to walk to people);
- +Ignore (to ignore certain people’s pages, with an ignore/haven message.);
- Haven (if we don’t have it yet).
- Guests!
