A pretty simple pasta dish. I'm using the buccatini (long spaghetti like pasta with a hole in the middle) because it'll suck up the juices.
There's not really anything to measure with this, or well, I don't generally measure things so I can't really give them.
Boil the water, add a generous amount of salt (the water should taste like sea water)
