So, in an hour and a half I get to sit in on offers or voluntary redundancy/'suitable alternative employment' for three colleagues in a row.

The the debriefs/discussions and reporting to my Unon (as opposed to the one I work for).

I'm sure that as 'Kid Sweeney' I'm supposed to be too ickle to be representing other workers! Oh well, wish me luck!
