I know I don't post a lot on here, I'm not really sure who keeps up on these, but I guess I needed to tell at least some people what's been going on.

Any of you lovely people on facebook,
a friend of mine clipped the rafting video to show the parts where our boat was filmed. If you want to see a great wipeout and the waves we battled, go see it on my profile!

I must let you all know.
I went white water rafting this weekend.
I battled a rapid wave that was over 15 feet high and got flung into the river, our boat floating like the titanic - - that's vertically.

I feel accomplished.
And I'm even still alive.
