So what (bowed) stringed instrument do you play, or do you have a bow just sitting around?

I play the bowed electric six-string guitar ^_^
The bow was a piece of plastic siding with a phone cord (green) stretched between it. Tension is added with my thumb to a higher tension.

Craziness. You made your own bow out of plastic and a phone cord. Neat. Boy I'd like to pick your brain sometime for ideas.
I'm driving to meet an arty friend of mine sometime next month and creative music-making is on the agenda. Now I've got to see about borrowing a friend's old analog synth and his 8-track.
