Alright, I have a question for all you information seekers out there. I'm trying to do the research myself, but I'm stumped with this one ( Read more... )

53610848312840 exameters, but its really subjective, because to calculate that number, i said humans average 1.7m (which was close to the wikipedia data), and they are looking down on atoms at their feet. After that its just a proportion of 1.7/ 1.2E-10 * given width of galaxy.

That seemed too easy, but its because i assigned a number to something subjective, because you have to decide how far away from the atom you are, and then it becomes easy, and I neeeeeeeeeeeeeeeed to sleep.

I think I was going from the focap point of the eye. Well, that and I have yet to sleep :)

Bonus question if you can give me the detectable information from that distance.
