WELCOME BACK! I was wondering when you would be back to this... I'm so excited to see a new chapter. Well done, didn't come across as rusty at all, I can't wait for the next chapter.

Well, thanks! I have to tell you I had to kill a dozen fics before I was able to get one that I didn't hate.

Way to jump back into the deep end! I always did like your combination of external, visual richness and internal dialogue. To wit: your intro paragraph, and the conversation by the fridge.

Off to make some tea and start this from the beginning again - a Sunday evening treat indeed. I may even knit.

Looking forward to more. GeekFic has been a little slow lately, and it's great to see more work being posted.

I am a visual person. If I can see a story it makes it so much beter for me. That is how I try to write. Some of my first stories had very little dialogue, almost too little, as I was wrapped up in to the visual.

I'm really glad you enjoyed this chapter as I was a bit anxious about posting after such a long hiatus, and thanks for the feedback.

It felt rough but I'm glad it hasn't seemed to come off that way to most of the readers.

Glad you enjoyed it because it felt good (even if a little scary) to get back into the fic game.

btw- I some how screened you (hope it didn't hurt) but I think it's all cool now. :)
