That's very true. The patient picked up an old dosage and we hadn't filled her higher dose yet, but she was mad that she wasted $2.60 on the old dose and complained to the manager so it had to be documented somewhere. The worst thing about it is that I'm the only one who gets in trouble, no one else does, but well... at least I learned something from this. Grumble...

I love all the things that you sent me! I really appreciate the time you put into it, especially as an unexpected gift! Did you make the necklace too? Either way, I love the Hello Kitty pin and the tissue holder is so useful (especially now that apparently it's reverted back to winter yesterday). I've had the sniffles for the past few days!

Aww, glad you were able to use the tissue holder! Tissues are one of those things you don't think you need but then you really need them and wish you had them. And yep, I did make the necklace, too!
