"Tyranny" is, in fact, "Tranny", and I believe it's from Ed Wood (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0109707/), which is sort of cheating, because it's the same film as "Psychotic Director".

The "Greaser" is from Cry-Baby (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0099329/).

Oops! LOL, okay, TRANNY makes a lot more sense. I don't know why I read it as tyranny. :p

I was also too young to remember Cry-Baby, but from the trailer I guess it could be compared to Grease?
