my rent has gone up 25% post levee failure, but i am in the same place. I would say it is a pretty accurate statement that if you are looking to move in somewhere, the rents have pretty much doubled. Which is terribly sad for what was once the last bohemme :(

Thomas is an awesome cat. He used to cook at coops, you would love him. I'll make certain you meet him when he comes back into town. Not romantical (i realized it was starting to sound like a blind date or something) - he is just one of those all around great to know people. Like YOU :)
