it's been a long since i took time off to sit down and come up with a proper blog entry. the ones that i've been turning out since my incarceration in singapore's military establishment sound more like notes from an underground dissident than diary entries of an exuberant teenager enjoying the sunshine of his youth. expectedly, those one-liners are

it must be great having something meaningful and significant to look forward to beyond NS. I suppose it'll help get through it; the times when I was waiting for results were the worst, but after that it's all smooth sailing.
