Life continues as it has. Each week blends into the next, with a steady and somewhat predictable progression in social and academic matters. Jason, Jill, Gautam, Trisha, Sweta, (those last two are the twins) Raf, Dani, and Jessica are the coolest of the people on my floor. Like the Millenium Falcon, baby
Today was my first track meet, and my first real race since fifth grade. It was Blue and Gold, an Emory tradition where the track team is split up into two teams (senior captains pick their runners, throwers, jumpers, etc) and competes against itself. Right now my computer is a complete jackass. It refuses to go beyond the "Loading your personal settings" startup window. After ten minutes, it goes bluescreen and restarts. So I'm techno-deprived, which is a real problem at Emory, where EVERYTHING is done via email ( Read more... )
