Made in PS7. Not translatable. Uses selective colour and colour balance.

Duplicate your base. Set it to screen, 100%

Make two colour fill layers:
First: Exclusion - #041F35 - 100%
Second: Multiply - #FCF8E0 - 100%

Selective colour layer:
REDS:
-100, -13, +100, 0

YELLOWS:
-100, 0, -100, 0

NEUTRALS:
+15, -2, -11, -10

Selective colour layer 2:
REDS:
0, -19, 0, 0

YELLOWS:
0, -28, -100, +29

CYANS:
0, 0, 0, +100

NEUTRALS:
0, 0, -7, +13

Make another colour fill layer:
Multiply - #E1E3EB - 100%

Make a colour balance layer.
Midtones:
-20, 0, +10

Duplicate your base, drag it to the top and set it to soft light, 100%
Add whatever else you like and you're done!

Duplicate your base and set it to screen. 100%

Make two colour fill layers:
First: Exclusion - #00243F - 100%
Colour burn - #B2BFCD - 100%

Duplicate your base , desaturate it and drag it to the top. Set it to soft light 100%

Now paste a grainy texture, I am using this one, (by
toybirds  ) and set it to multiply, 100%
Now you could duplicate this one, or take a similar grainy texture, Invert (ctrl + I) and set it to screen!

And that's all! Remember that these are guidelines...don't follow them exactly! They might not work with all pics.
