Hugo recommendation: "The Tempest"

As I noted on Facebook (for those of you who are on my FB list), I think that Julie Taymor's version of "The Tempest" (with Helen Mirren as Prospera) would be an excellent choice for BDP Long Form Hugo.

Granted, it's been in VERY limited release, but it was really very good.

See, I'd been really looking forward to that from the moment I saw a trailer. I wondered why I hadn't seen it show up anywhere.

Mirren in a gorgeous looking adaptation of one of the greatest SF works ever written and it was barely shown. I have no words.

I'll have to ask Earnshaw at FFW if there's a chance.
