So dad called me earlier. Informed me that my cellphone service is fully restored, text messages and all (though there will be no more downloading of anything onto this phone ever again! it could be possible that they were charging you for incoming calls. When your service is on completely the minutes that you get are for both incoming and outgoing calls.. so they could have been charging you for those. Who knows with cellphone companies. heh :)
