today i told my landlord my mom died, and that's why my sister is living with me. i even cried. is that bad karma?

There's no such thing as karma, you'll be fine. Unless they kick you out for violating your lease.

I'm not violating my lease! There's nothing in my damn lease saying my sister's can't stay with me for a few months. We're such fucking great tenants! We never have guests, never make noise. The old bat is just a crazy control freak who refuses to be reasonable.

remember that big mexican friend i had? he ended up getting arrested and deported.

BUT. i had told my work that my grandpa died and i needed to go to new mexico for the funeral. when i came back from my 3 day weekend he gave me a big hug and told me he was sorry for my loss.
i never told him that i lied.
