Motivation where you are?... i have as much work that one person can handle.. and a little more.... this will bring me money ... but what's the sense of money.. what the sense of work. 
I'm so happy, really my life is  great full of friends who I love and they love me, a care ful family .. and more.

do you really thing all is around money... I make money easy, it just come alone to me. But maybe I'm wrong but do not increase my motivation in any way...
