When I was younger, it was quite often I was found at school with my head down on my desk seemingly sleeping, when in fact I was reading. As I grew older and my intelligence grew, however, I began to guess many books' endings and story before I even finished reading a quarter of them. If you really want to get a book that will usually have you guessing, try a text book. Some are actually pretty interesting.

I would disappear from sight in 1st-2nd grade and my teacher would find me behind a bookshelf reading. Maybe I digest books differently from you because I find that the best way to enjoy the book is the process. I would just enjoy the flow of the words.

If you really want unpredictability, there's always the Choose-Your-Own-Adventure books.

There's actually a place named Soddy-Daisy? I thought you were kidding.

Who, cares about comma-splices, errors anyway? Not, me.
