As I posted about last month, my uncle passed away. Now, he lived in an assisted living facility, and my grandma was his legal guardian since he wasn't legally competent to care for himself.

I'm going to forgo making the soup, though. I think I'm actually going to grab a book, and go to Le Madeline's tomorrow, and wander around Meyerland for a bit. I've been squeezing pennies, but since the new minimum wage went into effect, I decided, screw it. I can allot $10 for lunch, and possibly a new paperback from Borders. 40% off coupon FTW. >.>
