I've been roasting for years and I'm still learning. Sometimes I get it right and sometimes I make charcoal. :)

What's your favorite coffee? Right now, we're into Kenya. My supplier had the best Kenya I've ever tasted and it's easy to roast. Most Kenyas taste too much like tea but this stuff is wonderful.

Hmmm. The holidays do approacheth. :D

I like the Indonesians (Sumatra, New Guinea, etc) but I also do like Kenya. Dark and smoove is what I like.

We need to meet up one day- you're too close for me not to give you the full undone effect. Heheh.
