Perhaps I "need to get my priorities straight."
Today I just happened to be organized enough to break up all the pieces I was currently working on into reasonable chunks and then start messing around with scheduling said chunks. Turns out that if I worked about 5 hours a night every night for the rest of the month, I would have an enormous amount of high-quality new work completed ( Read more... ) -

Oh, and not to have wasted those past 75 minutes in the grocery store. -
OUCH.
Ashton and I were horsing around, and he decided to do this flying-leap thing into piggybacking. It knocked me to the floor, knocked the wind out of me and made my back make phenomenal popping sounds.
Of course this has to happen at a time when we have no painkillers in the house. -
I just realized...
....today I'm celebrating the Irish experience by languishing in poverty and making sarcastic jokes about it.
Oh, also by making soda bread (and an enormous mess) with Ashton. It was ugly, but it tasted like heaven -- wonder why I can bake anything EXCEPT standard yeast breads? -

Last night, DJ went in to interview with Regal Cinemas and got hired on the spot. Not the best job in the world, but it's the cinema that gets all the premieres, so he's excited to get comps ( Read more... )
