I absolutely loved this! Excellent job with the start and slow build of the friendship! I loved that they bonded over and got to bring down Umbridge. Thank you for such an excellent story, Mystery Author. :)

I guess I can thank people now that reveals are up! (...and have been for a while. Sorry.)

At any rate, thank you so much! I enjoyed writing it.

What a lovely glimpse into how four very different girls can overcome circumstances to become friends and help one another through the toughest of times. Beautifully done!

Oh, wonderful! Just a couple of days ago, I thought it'd be a great idea ifs someone wrote a HP story featuring some of the "lesser" characters during book canon, à la the ST:TNG episode "Lower Decks" -- and here you are, doing just that! How'd you know? ;-)

Seriously, though, great job. Plausible set-up, good characterization (seems Ron took the wrong Patil twin to the Yule Ball, no?) and a delight to read, making me want more. Well done, MA!

Hi! Thanks so much for reading and reviewing. (Also, for reminding me - inadvertently - that I hadn't thanked people for reviewing. I definitely saw this and appreciated it at the time, too.)

Glad the characterization was good - that was one of my concerns.
