thanks for the ideas, I ended up using the Jared Padalecki header idea for one of my communities!

I would really like to use the first Matthew Fox header, may I?

My reply is months late, but if you still want to use the Foxy header, go ahead.

I'm terrible at this kind of thing but I was wondering...

My head won't show up and I was wondering if you might have any suggestions as to how to fix that.

Thanks!

I'm sorry, I just couldn't get it right. How should I put the url? Should I upload my picture to another webpage first? Can't I just upload from my own hard disk? I've tried to put it into livejournal gallery but it still won't show up. I'm too confused. Please someone enlighten me!

1. Create an account with Photobucket. It's free and easy to use. Upload your picture there.

2. Open the style sheet (file ending in .css) and find this line:

background-image: url(http://yoururl/header.jpg);

Now, replace http://yoururl/header.jpg by the url given to you by photobucket. (the one called Url, not Tag)

Save the document.

3. Upload your style sheet and voila. :)
