I adore this layout! Except, I'm a bit confused. Ok, is the URL the one that ends in .css? Because I've uploaded the css file to my geocities account and then I pasted it in and it wasn't the right layout :/
Sorry, I did a css layout a while back and I'm totally lost. I'm very bad at css lol. Plus LJ's makeover of the customization pages really doesn't help me at all.

The url of your replacement stylesheet has to end with .css
That's be the one you upload to Geocities.

Now if you don't have the right layout, maybe it's because you forgot to change the base layout to smooth sailing... :)
