I really hate run-ins with my ex... because it means I have to experience her short but extremely vehement contemptuous proclaimations that i am 'troubled', "doesn't want to speak to me every again" before rudely hanging up before I had a chance to speak. It's hard to let go. Emotional attachments to memories.. heart felt connections to various positive possibilities...
sometimes we just have to let go of the infactuations and fascinationing ideas and just live for now, live for what's in front of us.

Had a nice satisfying footlong Roasted Chicken Subway with dressings of Southwest + Red Wine Vinegarette. Choc Chip cookie included.

Then in walks a work mate with hungry jacks(again). I had but one chip and I'm all hungry again despite my busting bulging stomach. They must put nicotene in the chips or something.

I feel like I've finally joined the rat race.

Lunch:
- mediterranean pizza(bakers delight)
- tandoori chicken wrap
- smoked salmon sushi roll
- some crisp chips
let the international flavours unite (in ma belly)

Tendered my resignation yesterday afternoon. Since then three emotions have been mixing themselves together with continuing varying degrees. Repercussions of sadness/excitement/fear follow this seemingly sudden withdrawal from my comfort-zone.
