As Mark says, the people at AEG HATE magic. I personally refused to tweak the rules for someone who didn't like the shapeshifting system (it might have helped if he had asked me to do it, instead of just asking if I was going to). There is certainly a level of unfairness to it.

I did help out the Glamour mage at the end of Lady's Favor by giving them all a big boost -- they got a bunch for getting the Montaigne Army the heck out of Ussura. I'm going to have to take some away next session, though. Someone forgot he wasn't playing D&D and got too bloodthirsty around witnesses.

Oh, I'm so bad about giving Reputation points...yes, I should use the "WayBack Machine" and give them points for the whole Army thing. That's brilliant.

I'm not that worried about my Glamour Mage getting out of hand.....it's Steph. Heck, I'd almost encourage her to try to get out of hand.

I am thinking that there ought to be a punishment of some sort for misuse of the magic, but the misuse and the punishment would have to be clearly defined, and I haven't figured those lines out yet.
