If we knew, on anything close to a visceral level, some of the horrible experiences we've been able to avoid, we'd be on the floor, peeing, and thanking God.

I just left my subterranean office and went up to the fifth floor to buy some food--something I've done very rarely after the rocky start to this semester. at job

I just get stressed interacting with people. It doesn't feel very existential (it used to).

People just make judgments and I get stressed by being the potential object of negative ones. Especially if I imagine that the reason for it will be something that I perceive as a fault in myself.
