weirdest day ever

so yesterday i dislocated my shoulder in my sleep, and it wouldn't pop back in so i had to go to the emergency room.

then i come home to the beginning of a game of naked freeze tag and joined in.

better but i'm probably going to need surgery and/or physical therapy
