Right on all counts.

Number 12 is an obscure shot from the movie, but I'd be shocked and appalled if you have not seen it.

1. is that movie where everyone is blockish and ugly and one guy kinda looks like a monster. Perfect Blue?

5 or 6 - These images don't load consistently but that image of Fight Club I remember seeing when searching for my own list. I almost used it, too.

You can't have an Akira Kurosawa movie without Toshiro Mifune. But you were right the first time on all but 9 and 12.
