Brandy, my dog of 14 years, died today.

Or rather, she was put down. My dad was bringing her back into the house from her morning walk and she had a seizure that didn't end until the vet put her down. I don't know what to do.

The weekend before she died she was invited to the governor's mansion for donuts and an easter party. The ridiculousness continued for years.
