*hugs* Aimee has said more than once that navigating UI is a pain in the ass... I hope this is the last of your frustrations with them!

Yeah, the CT online system is a pain. You can't, despite their claims, actually file an initial claim online in most instances. So you have to wait for your appointed phone day and answer the same 20 questions that way... but after that, the weekly online filing works fine on a Mac.
