honestly, all but three candidates are almost exact shades of dark grey to me (with giuliani taking the cake for blackest), and the three light enough to be considered different from the pack have the least chance of taking a single state in the primaries, much less getting the party nod.

but oh man, if we had a left party that actually voted left values, a Kucinich/Gravel (or Gravel/Kucinich) ticket would be so awesome.

what i don't get is after a year of doing absolutely nothing, what makes anyone believe any of the candidates are going to do anything other than continue the war and agitate for more war in Iran except the three candidates who voted against it before the war started and have consistently taken an anti-war stance. (not that i think they'd actually stop the war as president, but i'm a thousand percent more convinced they'd at least try harder than the mainstream candidates.

Women didn't get the right to vote until 1921 and Jim Crow laws were not addressed until the 1960's so anyone who tries to say it isn't about gender or race is just kidding themselves with the Democratic ticket. She has the most experience in the White House and is one hell of a lawyer. Kucinich will never get elected in a year like this. The Republicans clearly have lost all hope and scope ( ... )
