I was running up the stairs at the WImbledon Chase train station trying to catch the slowing train and from behind me I hear a dad call out to his son "chris, come on!" They come jogging up behind me as I reached the top of the stairs and slowed down, as the train hadn't fully stopped yet. As the kid came up behind me and stopped running his phone, very elegantly, slipped out of his hand and in slow motion all three of us watched it slide towards the end of the platform and drop into infamous gap of the london transport system. All the dad said was "Chris..." very disappoint.

The train only comes every 35 minutes...

It was very amusing to me, at least.

No caller ID? Imagine, not being able to know who's calling you before you answer. Gosh, it's like you're living in the 80s! Except with the being able to carry around your blind phone.
