Name: Captain Jack Harkness [Real name is Mysteriously unknown.]
Age: Appears to be in his late 30s/early 40s. Originated in the 51st century, time traveled around a bit, got turned immortal, ended up stuck living a linear timeline in 1869, made it to 2008 (with a few detours) before getting sent back to 27 A.D. and having to live (and die) linearly all the way back again. Has been going in a straight line again since then, since a certain Doctor keeps un-fixing his vortex manipulator.
Height: 6' (1.83m)
Weight: Maybe around 175lbs (80kg) or so.
Eyes: Beautiful blue
Hair: Brown
Physical traits: Movie matinee idol-style good looks; 1000-kilowatt smile; a jawline that, once seen, is always yearned for. Being from the 51st century, he has evolved human pheromones which make him naturally delicious-smelling and attractive. (During their first up close and personal encounter, Ianto compliments him on his "aftershave." Which, of course, he isn't actually wearing.) Keeps to the same general outfit, with trousers, a blue button-up shirt and suspenders, and, when appropriate,
his trademark RAF greatcoat. Speaks with a very strong American accent.
Medical Info: Immortal but not invincible. Appears to be just a very healthy, in-shape, completely scar-free man -- until he gets hit with things that should kill him but don't (e.g. large amounts of electricity, excessive radiation) or he dies and, y'know, comes back to life. Damage is healed when he resurrects, though he might still be a little beat-up, depending on how damaging of a death it was. Extremely traumatic deaths (like having his life force repeatedly sucked out of him by a gigantic soul-eating hellbeast) can take a while to come back from, but nothing keeps him down permanently; he has resurrected from just an arm, a shoulder and part of his head. Kind of like a starfish. Does, in fact, age, but very slowly -- he noticed a gray hair about 150 years after becoming immortal.
Abilities: Lots of standard action hero stuff -- in excellent shape, firearms expert, very fast reflexes, etc.. Has so much life force that it seems that he can share some of it to speed someone else's healing (though that was only used once onscreen). Can endure amounts of certain types of energy-related damage (electricity, radioactivity, etc.) that would destroy a normal human. Some sort of passive psychic ability going on. Incredibly charming.
Notes for the Psychics/Magically or Spiritually sensitive: Immortal. A "fixed point in time" that shouldn't exist. His mind is not easily read -- a human wielding an alien telepathy pendant was unable to read his thoughts at all and described it as trying to read a dead man -- and he can tell when someone is poking around in there.
What's Okay To Mention Around Him/Her: He's been with the Doctor. He's used to weird. Go for it.
Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/spit at/step on/etc?: A+ for everything. Just with asking if you want to do a swap, since that's a, you know, reciprocal sort of thing.
Hugging/kissing/other non-violent physical contact: He will probably be doing it to you first.
Fighting: Experienced with the whole Big Damn Action Hero thing, so. Tends to be more a meatshield these days, it seems. Anyways, he knows his way around a fight.
Maim/Murder/Death: Yes, yes, yes. Dying isn't fun, so dramatic death isn't something he'll treat casually (I'm always up for cracky death), but I am OOCly fine with it.
Cooking: He could survive, but he'd rather have Ianto order take-away.
Other: Yes, please.
