COOKIES AND CREAM CUPCAKES

At our high school, the seniors get freshman “buddies”, and we meet up with them for the first time tomorrow. Small gifts are encouraged, so I chose to make these amazing cookies and cream cupcakes. But, being a HUGE Halloween fan, I decided to use the Halloween Oreos I bought last night. The cupcakes were delicious, and I hope she likes them!
