It's almost Pilates D-day. Test time. The FINAL exam. Well, the final exam before the certification exam. Beginning in less than a week, the final intensive 4-days and exams. So, what am I doing? Not only can you do this , you will do this . Concider it a friendly order, Let the submissive take over because you very much want what you get when you finish this task. I promise it will be worth the focus.

i know for me when the stress about something having to happen gets closer to the due time, i back off temporarily. and when my fear subsides regarding failure, i head full force and attack whatever task i have.

I worked my butt off today. Well, not quite. But I stayed in the studio and worked and practiced and studied and practiced some more. So that's good. The hard part was the 3 Type A fellow students that were there. Intense and a bit intimidating. Okay, a lot intimidating. They've been doing study groups and quizzing each other and, and, and. Yikes.

But sex does count and I'm good at that. Will you tell the instructor that sex does count cru?

Off to make something to eat. And then study more.

I did focus today. 3 more days.

You can do this you will do this, studying all of LA is behind you. We want our pilates instructor. And yes sex counts. Focus on you not the others
